Job summary

Foundever in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an experienced Learning Manager to oversee training programs and learning experiences for adult learners at the site. You will hire, train and supervise Learning Managers, and help develop training programs for contact center personnel.

You will design evaluation instruments, analyze data to identify needs, coach managers and directors, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective delivery of programs at scale.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
• 3-5 years of proven success as a training and development practitioner with coaching/mentoring experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of training processes for adult learners.
• Strong computer basics: Windows, Excel, Word, e-mail, Internet.
• Strong problem-solving, research and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects, lead people and build partnerships to develop training materials and solve business problems.
• Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Learning Managers and ensure training programs and learning experiences for adult learners at the site.
• Hire, train and supervise staff of Learning Managers.
• Develop and implement training programs for contact center personnel, including management development programs.
• Develop evaluation instruments to assess training effectiveness and organizational needs through data analysis.
• Identify skill and knowledge requirements for sites/accounts through data analysis from multiple sources.
• Design learning strategies in partnership with stakeholders to fill needs identified through analysis.
• Coach Operations Managers, Learning Managers and Directors.
• Conduct the most complex training classes in the absence of the Learning Manager.
• Evaluate and help develop standards for monitoring agents/representatives.
• Ensure feedback programs provide agents with guidance to correct problems.
• Conduct train-the-facilitator sessions to keep trainers and Learning Managers effective.
