• Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Skills in negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and conflict management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile and Scrum.
