Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Philippines is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead ERP configurations and functionally align D365 F&O with client processes. You will guide conferences, prepare discovery documents, and configure modules while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP and a Dynamics 365 for Operations certification, with travel willingness to meet client engagements in various regions.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration
• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&A modules
• Prepare functional specification documents and design for customizations required for Dynamics 365 F&A implementations.
• Prepare User Manuals, Training plans
• Lead in conducting End user training
• Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support
• Ensure project documents are complete, and project is delivered successfully as per the plan
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and admin tasks including approval of time sheets, expenses and leaves, as applicable
• Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with ERP system
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration
• At least 1 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification is required
• Should be able to understand at least 2-3 different key functional areas of the ERP solution
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
• Willingness to travel, both locally and internationally, for client engagements, meetings, or business events as required
