Pro-Excel Property Managers Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to support the Property Manager in day-to-day building operations and maintenance. You will implement preventive programs, supervise technicians and contractors, and ensure reliable facilities across project sites.
You will monitor equipment performance, manage reports and inventories, and oversee engineering, fit-out, testing, and commissioning activities while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probationary / Regular Employment
Assist the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day building and facility operations and ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including the 52-week preventive maintenance schedule.
Supervise and evaluate multi-skilled technicians and third-party contractors to ensure efficient maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor building equipment performance, maintenance reports, inventory, and technical concerns to ensure reliable operations.
Oversee engineering, fit-out, renovation, testing, commissioning, and other technical works within the property.
Assist in ensuring compliance with safety programs, statutory requirements, permits, and environmental regulations.
Monitor common-area utility consumption and implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Licensed Engineer is preferred.
With at least 3 years of experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building MEP systems, preventive maintenance, fire protection systems, and building equipment.
Experience in supervising multi-skilled technicians, service providers, and third-party contractors.
Knowledgeable in building inspections, equipment troubleshooting, preventive/corrective maintenance, and technical operations.
Experience in tenant fit-out, renovation, testing and commissioning, and review of technical plans is an advantage.
Familiarity with fire protection systems, FDAS/fire alarm systems, fire and jockey pumps, and emergency preparedness programs.
Knowledge of government permits, statutory requirements, and environmental compliance is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance/reporting documentation.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday and shifting schedules depending on project requirements.
Willing to be assigned to a project site.
