Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in building facilities or maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read engineering plans and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:20 PM

OFFICE LOCATION: Roving assignment across One Filinvest, FLI EDSA, FLI Wack-Wack, and Studio 7

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probationary / Regular Employment

JOB SUMMARY:

• Provide technical support to the Building Manager in the daily operation and maintenance of building facilities and equipment.

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure critical building systems remain operational and reliable.

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, CCTV, BMS, access control, and other building systems.

• Assist in coordinating technical works, repairs, and maintenance activities across assigned properties.

• Ensure building equipment and systems comply with safety, operational, and maintenance standards.

• Prepare maintenance reports and other technical documentation as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in building facilities, property management, or maintenance is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and other building systems.

• Knowledge of technical design, installation, and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and technical drawings.

• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willing to work on a roving assignment across assigned properties.
