Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Management Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to provide technical support to the Building Manager for daily operation and maintenance of building facilities and equipment across roving assignments at Filinvest properties.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, CCTV, BMS, and access control, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in building facilities or maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read engineering plans and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Building Manager in daily operations and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for critical systems.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, CCTV, BMS, and other building systems.
• Coordinate technical works, repairs, and maintenance activities across properties.
• Ensure equipment and systems comply with safety and maintenance standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
