Job summary

Punjab Renewable Energy System seeks a detail-oriented professional to prepare cost estimates, proposals, and maintain client/vendor relationships. You will collaborate across teams to understand project requirements and assist in contracts, reports, and site activities.

The role involves analyzing technical specs of biomass and renewable energy systems and supporting business development efforts. A proactive, organized individual will excel in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Understanding project requirements and completing duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
• Prepare Costings and Proposals as per enquiries received, accurately.
• Forwarding enquiry sheets to Clients to understand their requirements.
• Evaluate Client's requirements & prepare cost estimates of projects.
• Interact with other Teams for data and information daily.
• Understand and analyze technical specifications of Boiler systems and Biomass energy technologies.
• Accompany Seniors for Site Visits and Business Development Meetings.
• Prepare and amend various contracts/agreements.
• Compile information for Detailed Project Reports.

Job description

Prepare Proposal estimations, offer and maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders involved in the company's operations. You will collaborate closely with clients.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
• To prepare Costings and Proposals as per the enquiries received, in an accurate manner.
• Forwarding enquiry sheets to Clients, to understand their requirements.
• Evaluation of Client's requirements & preparing cost estimates of projects.
• Interaction with other Teams for obtaining relevant data and information on a daily basis.
• Understanding and analyzing technical specifications of Process Boilers, Power Plant Equipment, and technologies related to Biomass Fuel, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Bio-CNG, etc.
• Accompanying Seniors for Site Visits and Business Development Meetings.
• Preparation and amending of various contracts/agreements.
• Working on and compiling information for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports.
• Drawing, AutoCAD support to Design Team.
• Maintaining Reports and Databases related to enquiries and proposals.
• Interaction with Site Teams and maintaining various Feedback reports and updating the same on a daily/weekly basis to Seniors / Management.
• Provide support in terms of execution and assistance w r t daily tasks.
• Prepare reports as and when required. Maintain department records and undertake any general departmental administration.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to procurement
• Other minor miscellaneous tasks, as and when required.
