What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from life insurance policyholders and providers.
• Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, requests, and concerns.

• Research and investigate customer cases to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using available systems and tools.
• Ensure all transactions comply with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience handling Life Insurance accounts in a call center/BPO environment.

• Computer proficient; knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Competitive Salary Based on Experience

• 2–3 years: PHP 27,000 basic + PHP 2,500 NTX
• 3–5 years: PHP 30,000 basic + PHP 2,500 NTX
• 5–7 years: PHP 35,000 basic + PHP 2,500 NTX
