Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is seeking a supplier quality engineer to monitor and improve supplier performance, investigate defects, and drive corrective actions with partners to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues, conduct supplier audits, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while supporting EHS practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure supplier meets quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, analyze defects and implement corrective action with the supplier.
• Ensure corrective action effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Work with cross functional team in resolving quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
