Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines is seeking a Procurement / Supply Chain professional to plan, source, and manage materials and services for production. This onsite role focuses on supplier management, on-time delivery, and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes all elements of product manufacturing and distribution related to materials and services.
• Monitors transportation and delivery of products.
• Tracks supplier WIP, promise dating, expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• May oversee command center and drive part shortage resolution.
• Monitors tracking and shipping.
• Performs escalated expediting when required.
• Established and productive professional contributor.
• Works autonomously with limited supervision.
• Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
• Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives.
• Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems.
• Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements.
• Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components.
• Manages shipments and coordinates with sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
