Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks an experienced Supplier Quality professional to monitor supplier performance, investigate defects, and drive corrective actions with suppliers. You will lead cross-functional efforts to resolve quality issues and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skill

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure supplier meets quality, cost and delivery requirements
• Investigate quality issues, analyze defects and implement corrective action with the supplier
• Ensure corrective action effectiveness to prevent recurrence
• Work with cross functional team in resolving quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
