Job summary

Henkel in Mexico is seeking a Dangerous Goods Logistics Senior Analyst to support regulatory compliance and hazardous materials logistics across Mexico and cross-border operations.

The role involves maintaining DG classifications in SAP, delivering training in English and Spanish, and ensuring compliance with international and Mexican regulations. It requires SAP experience, DG documentation expertise, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Certification in DOT, IATA, IMDG, and Mexican DG regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in hazardous materials management and/or logistics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dangerous goods transport classifications in SAP (P03).
• Deliver training on hazardous materials regulations in English and Spanish.
• Support compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, and Mexican DG regulations.
• Manage SAP exceptions, shipping documentation, and cross-border declarations.
• Provide guidance to internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners on DG requirements.
• Support shipment execution and documentation for domestic and international operations.
• Provide on-call support for DG inquiries.

About this Position

• Deliver training on hazardous materials regulations in English and Spanish.

• Support shipment execution and documentation for domestic and international operations.
• Provide on-call support for dangerous goods related inquiries.

• 2+ years of experience in hazardous materials management and/or logistics.
• Experience with SAP and dangerous goods documentation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
