Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Content Strategist to lead Gen AI-enabled content transformation for large knowledge bases in the Philippines. You will chunk articles for optimal LLM efficiency, edit with precision, and drive content strategy under a Senior Gen AI Content Specialist guidance.

You will manage multiple content projects, collaborate across teams, and stay ahead of Gen AI trends to deliver high-quality, scalable content solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Gen AI uses to drive better, faster client outcomes.
• Gen AI curiosity and enthusiasm and wish to learn more in this space.
• Expert English reading comprehension and editing skills. Break large articles into chunks.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once.
• Good familiarity with Word, Excel and large spreadsheets; strong Office 365 skills.
• Natural desire to bring order and classification to content chaos. Familiarity with information architecture is a bonus.
• Like finding patterns and problem-solving.
• 2-3+ years Digital Marketing or Content Marketing experience at a large enterprise or agency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

We are looking for a passioned Content Specialist to join our fast-growing Gen AI-enabled content delivery team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is curious about Gen AI and able to learn and understand quickly how technology can help our clients optimize their content for Gen AI-powered futures. Working under the direction of a Senior Gen AI Content Specialist you will be part of a team of Content Specialists executing best-in-class content transformation on large libraries of knowledge base content. You will decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for optimal use by Gen AI tools. You like meticulous, detailed work, but also see and share opportunities for improvement.

As a Gen AI Content Specialist you are part editors, part technicians. You have strong reading comprehension skills and are responsible for deciding where and how large multi-page articles need to be segmented for LLM efficiency and carried context. Don’t worry, we’ll coach you at first but do expect you to lead the decision making shortly thereafter.
