Job summary

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented content professional to help optimize enterprise knowledge content for Generative AI and large language model (LLM) use cases. This role will focus on segmenting long-form, multi-page articles into logical, context-rich sections that improve AI efficiency, retrieval accuracy, and context delivery. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimize high-quality content for a large knowledge base while helping identify new ways to apply Gen AI to content strategy and operations. This person is highly organized, editorially strong, curious about AI, and energized by bringing structure to complex content environments.

About you

• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI use cases and applications in content and business workflows.
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and a desire to keep learning in this space.
• Excellent English reading comprehension, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to review long-form content and determine how to segment it effectively for clarity, usability, and AI context delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word and Excel, including experience working with large spreadsheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for patterns, structure, and classification.
• Familiarity with information architecture, taxonomy, or content organization is a plus.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Operations, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving team environment.
