Working under the direction of a Senior Gen AI Content Specialist you will be part of a team of Content Specialists executing best-in-class content transformation on large libraries of knowledge base content. You will decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for optimal use by Gen AI tools. You like meticulous, detailed work, but also see and share opportunities for improvement. As a Gen AI Content Specialist you are part editors, part technicians. You have strong reading comprehension skills and are responsible for deciding where and how large multi-page articles need to be segmented for LLM efficiency and carried context.
