Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of sports, sporting events, sports culture, and fan engagement.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video formats.
• Hands-on experience in basic graphic design, image editing, and video editing.
• Strong creative writing skills, particularly in developing engaging captions, social media posts, and attention-grabbing content.
• Good understanding of social media trends, viral content, memes, and online audience behavior.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement metrics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content tasks and respond quickly to trends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Content Creation: Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, graphics, captions, and other engaging digital content.
• Sports & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on sporting events, live matches, viral trends, memes, and online conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Creative Campaigns: Develop engaging content concepts, recurring series, interactive posts, and creative campaigns to increase audience reach and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Create content that encourages fan interactions, online conversations, and community participation.
• Creator Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, designers, and internal teams to support content execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, and shares, and recommend improvements.
• Brand & Content Compliance: Ensure published materials follow brand guidelines, internal approval processes, platform policies, and responsible gaming standards.
