Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a retail sales associate in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The role focuses on delivering a personal sales approach, building rapport with customers, and explaining product benefits. You will manage stock orders, maintain attractive displays, ensure accurate price tagging, and safeguard store assets. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, participating in events, and attending product orientations.

Qualifications

• Willing to be deployed at SM Sta. Rosa.
• Must be sports enthusiast and trainable.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsabilités

• Maintain aggressive sales approach to meet store targets.
• Build rapport with customers and walk-ins.
• Explain product benefits and features to customers.
• Order stock from stockroom for client purchases.
• Ensure proper product displays and shelf merchandising.
• Tag products with correct prices.
• Store products by gender, category and size in stockroom.
• Recommend additional stock based on movement.
• Monitor stock levels in selling area regularly.
• Notify Sales Supervisor when re-order is needed.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales as directed by Sales Head.
• Keep assigned area clean and orderly.
• Attend scheduled product orientations.
• Participate in off-site selling events when scheduled.
• Safeguard company assets in the area/store.
• Assist in restitution of confirmed losses as needed.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Report any anomalies in location.
