Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Associate for Ayala Centrio in Cagayan de Oro. You will drive personal sales, build rapport with customers, and ensure appealing product displays and accurate tagging.

You will also manage stock orders, monitor stock levels, and assist in store maintenance, with duties spanning daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Willingness to travel to events and support off-site bazaars is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain aggressive personal sales approach to achieve targets set by Store Manager
Build rapport with regular and walk-in customers
Explain product benefits and features to customers
Handle stock orders from stockroom/warehouse
Ensure engaging product displays and accurate price tagging
Organize products by gender, category and size in stockroom
Recommend additional orders based on stock movement
Monitor stock levels in selling area and alert for re-orders
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales as directed by Sales Head
Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned area
Attend scheduled product orientations
Participate in off-site selling events as scheduled
Secure assets including stocks and equipment in area
Assist in restitution of confirmed losses as required
Perform related duties as assigned
Report anomalies or errors to store management
