Qualifications

• College level is preferred, or at least high school level.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in sports items or fashion or shoes is required.
• Good effective communicator with developed teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Good in sales analysis.
• Demonstrate effectiveness in conversations with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Help customers find products, answer questions, and provide information about features to boost sales.
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor, restock merchandise, and follow presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and participate in promotions.
