Qualifications

• Experience in medical registration and U.S. health insurance verification.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter demographics and insurance data into the system.
• Review registrations for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation in EMR/EHR and upload records.
