Job summary

J&F Foods is seeking a Production Operator for the Hinoba-an facility. The role involves preparing, blending, and accurately weighing ingredients for spice blending operations on a third shift. You will follow established recipes and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring weighing scales and cutting tools, maintaining equipment, and documenting metal detection activities and corrective actions to support quality control and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• At least college level or high school graduate.
• 3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in production or related areas.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Operational Role

A. Ensure theaccurateweight of ingredients and spices according to established recipes and formulations.

a. This involves following specific measurements, ratios, and blending to achieve the desired quality and consistency of spices.

B.Monitorsthespice mixing and blending tools such as weighing scales, scoopers, safetycuttersand knives. They must ensure the equipment is set up correctly, adjust settings asrequired, andmaintainoptimaloperating conditions throughout the production process.

Documentation and Reporting

A.Maintainingaccuraterecords of metal detection activities, including the number of items inspected, any metal contaminations found, and corrective actions taken. These records serve as essential documentation for quality control and regulatory audit.

b. Corrective and preventive actions report.

At least college level or Highschool graduate

Experience

With a minimal experience of 3 years in Food manufacturing

With experience in production or any related areas
