Job summary

J&F Foods is seeking a QA Assistant to support food production, logistics, and quality assurance. The role focuses on quality checks, laboratory testing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards such as FSSC, HACCP, and GMP.

The incumbent will conduct testing, monitor CCPs, perform inspections, and help maintain QA records while supporting audits and regulatory reviews. The position offers growth opportunities within a multinational network and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as required.
• Experience in QA testing and food safety processes is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing of raw, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform swabbing, CCP monitoring, and in-process inspections to verify food safety and sanitation.
• Identify, document, and report deviations; initiate product holds and support disposition of non-conforming goods.
• Maintain QA records and documentation (GMP, HACCP, CAPA, NCRs, etc.).
• Conduct audits, support inspections, and assist in regulatory and customer audits.
• Prepare samples, reports, and KPI updates for management review.
• Support training, inventory control, and safeguarding of QA-held products.
• Perform other QA duties as assigned.
