Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you will help operationalise HR processes, scale them, and ensure the employee experience remains at the forefront. You will manage day-to-day operations and act as the face of Pops (People Operations), known for your passion in out-serving employees and managers. You will be based onsite at Grab's office in Exquadra Tower, Philippines.
