Job Description Purpose The purpose of this role is to execute CS&L operations and ensure the consistent implementation of CS&L policies at the external manufacturing sites — Mann Nutritional Products Pvt. Ltd. and Barmalt Malting India Pvt. Ltd. The role is also responsible for ensuring the deployment and adherence to Mondelēz International policies at these sites.
Manage inbound/outbound raw-material and packaging-material logistics. Plan finished goods dispatches and ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery. Optimize transportation routes, vehicle utilization and freight cost. Coordinate with plants, warehouses, suppliers and customers. Manage supply continuity during breakdowns, capacity constraints or emergencies.
RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory. Improve inventory turns and reduce ageing/obsolete stock. Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper storage and material traceability. Optimize warehouse space and handling costs. Inventory ageing & slow moving & near expiry material review & action plan for consumption of same before expiry. In Transit damaged material insurance claim settlement & material disposal as per SOP. Write off Request raise in Write off Portal. Post SMR approval sap request for material write off.
Convert Rolling FIN into day wise/ weekly/ Monthly production plan and dispatch plans. Monthly production plan alignment with PS team. Ensure weekly process order creation in sap for correct CTS reporting. Balance capacity, material availability, manpower and customer priorities. Coordinate closely with IM plants, Planning, Procurement, Quality, PCM & EM Team for NPD & other project related activities.
Drive cost-saving projects in manufacturing and logistics. Reduce warehouse, freight, wastage, energy and conversion costs. Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
Lead warehouse and logistics teams. Develop team capability through training and coaching. Build a strong Safety & Continuous Improvement culture. Manage contractors and third-party logistics partners.
Support/Other task First point of contact for O9 & S4 HANA master data updating & implementation at site Support to cross functional team from site for NPD and capacity expansion projects. Active participation in Project calls Support and maintain Key Process capability improvement initiatives to improve performance Effective interpretation and implementation of Mondelez Standards and Policies, and legislative compliance requirements & other relevant FSSI regulation. Conduct process audits /GMP / Internal audits at the external site & review root cause analysis, monitor Corrective Action Preventive Action compliance. Ensure proper change management control at contract manufacturing sites during any changeover. Ensure capability building in external site team through organising various training programs. BOM correction & new BOM creation as per Ion specification/ Recipe shared by RDQ External Manufacturing partner conversation invoices verification & processing of GRN. Purchase order creation as per signed off contract. RM/PM scheduling & PO creation as per production plan. Project related PO Creation in coupa/ MDIB chat bot. Monthly reconciliation of Production vs Billing.
