Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Client Team Manager for our Speaker Bureau to lead delivery teams that plan and manage compliant meetings for life sciences clients. You will oversee office-based, home-based, and hybrid staff, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences across in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the meetings industry, proven people leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of meeting industry experience.
• Experience leading people, managing teams, or leading projects.
• Life Sciences experience preferred; working knowledge of HCP interaction regulations a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize and route next steps.
• Ability to analyze data and meeting details and convey actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams that plan and manage Speaker Bureau programs for commercial clients.
• Coach and manage direct reports to optimize performance, engagement, and service quality.
• Set measurable goals for team and individuals to balance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with client-defined business rules throughout the planning lifecycle.
• Manage daily tasks and SLAs across client portfolios and mitigate issues to protect outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Support on SOW, profitability, and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and root-cause analysis.
