Qualifications

• A native command of international Spanish and must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Entry level to 1-2 years experience in customer service in a Spanish support BPO.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.
