Job summary

Metacom Careers in Taguig is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support in Spanish and English. This onsite, shifting/night-shift role invites individuals who are customer-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of college completed and 1 year of BPO experience, with strong communication in both languages and a willingness to work onsite in Taguig. Non-native Spanish speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience.
• Open for non-native Spanish speakers only.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
• Good English and Spanish communication skills.
