Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Taguig is seeking a Spanish bilingual call center agent to support customers via calls, chats, and emails on-site. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records with a focus on quality service.

The ideal candidate has Spanish and English proficiency, at least two years of college, and preferably one year of BPO experience. Training, growth opportunities, and day-one HMO are provided.

Qualifications

• Written and Verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Completed two years in college.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Taguig on shifting schedules.
• Ready with work documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through calls, chats, and emails, understanding concerns and providing solutions.
• Serve customers and address their needs with empathy and efficiency.
