TASQ in Metro Manila is seeking an on-site bilingual support agent to handle Spanish- and English-speaking customers on a night shift schedule. Start date ASAP, working 100% onsite in Quezon City/Taguig.

Responsibilities include multi-channel support, message translation, CRM documentation, and collaboration on sales and marketing efforts in Spanish. Candidates should have at least 6 months BPO-TSR experience and be comfortable with non-native speaker status as long as English/Spanish skills are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects.
• At least 6 months of BPO-TSR experience.
• Open for non-native speakers only.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Translate documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish as needed.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
