Job summary

Firstsource is seeking Spanish bilingual associates for an onsite night-shift role aligned to US time zones. You will bridge communications between healthcare providers and members for appointment scheduling, benefits explanations, and coverage details.

Candidates must be conversant in Spanish and English, with at least 2 years of BPO customer service experience, preferably in US healthcare. Open to those without prior Spanish bilingual roles but who can speak Spanish well.

Firstsource is currently looking for Spanish Bilingual Associates with proven experience in the BPO Industry. This role is open to candidates who doesn't have experience as a Spanish Bilingual Associate but is conversant in the Spanish Language.

Work Set-up: Onsite, Night Shift - Shifting Schedule (US Timezone)

What's the job description?

• You will be an expert in bridging communication with the Healthcare Provider and Healthcare Member in Appointment Scheduling, Explanation of Benefits and Coverage, and other job specifications required by the role.
• Must be conversant in the Spanish and English Language
• Must have at least 2 years of BPO Experience in Customer Service, preferably in US Healthcare. This role is open to candidates who have proven experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Expert.
