Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service spa, wellness resort, luxury hotel, or health club setting.
• Technical Background: Background or certification as a licensed aesthetician, massage therapist, or wellness practitioner is a strong advantage.
