Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a SOX Senior in Cebu to lead client engagements in internal controls and process compliance. You’ll work with top stakeholders, design controls, and mentor staff, while leveraging analytics and ERP knowledge in a multinational EY environment.

You will join EY’s Consulting Enterprise Risk team, focusing on SOX 404, process improvements, and governance frameworks, with opportunities to innovate using Robotics and AI.

Qualificações

• 3 years of Big 4 or professional firm experience in risks & controls, with majority in SOX/internal controls.
• Strong understanding of SOX and COSO framework.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or deliver SOX engagements for multiple processes across client sites.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and discussions with clients.
• Prepare process flows, narratives, and risk/control matrices.
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Test design and operating effectiveness; review working papers.
