Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager for GDS Consulting – Process & Controls SOX to lead Internal Audit and SOX engagements across multiple client sites. You’ll guide teams, design controls, and ensure delivery excellence within scope and budgets.

You will bring 7+ years in risk & controls with Big 4 or equivalent, strong COSO knowledge, and leadership skills to develop client solutions and foster collaboration acrosslocations and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Big 4 or professional firm or industry in risks & controls.
• >4 years of SOX/internal controls experience.
• Strong SOX & COSO knowledge.
• Bachelor's in Business/Accounting; CIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and Team management for SOX engagements across locations.
• Guide Staff/Senior members to assess SOX compliance.
• Lead control rationalization or redesign of controls.
• Define budget and resource planning/scheduling.
• Engage with client process owners with minimal supervision.
• Meet quality guidelines within turnaround time and budget.
• Lead analytics and benchmarking for clients.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvements.
