Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, CE, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions, including product demonstrations and POC activities, systems demonstrations, acceptance testing for clients.
• Provide technical support during pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions.
• Perform system testing, health checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide knowledge transfer and basic training to client administrators and users.
• Conduct technical discovery meetings and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining service-level commitments and customer satisfaction.

Skills and requirements

• With experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting cybersecurity solutions, endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR/XDR and email/web security.
• Understanding of operating systems such as Windows OS, Windows Server and Linux
• Knowledge in project management principles, including project planning, task coordination, documentation, timeline tracking, and basic risk management.
• Cybersecurity certifications or equivalent vendor certifications is a plus
