Job summary

Crossley Scott is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to own the Southern European markets, with travel across assigned areas. The role focuses on building partnerships, opening doors and turning conversations into scalable revenue in the EV charging sector.

You will work remotely with extensive travel, targeting CPOs, EPCs, installers, and energy/fleet operators to grow the business across Southern Europe and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven knowledge of EV charging, e-mobility, energy or related infrastructure markets.
• Existing relationships with relevant stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Southern Europe and neighbouring markets.
• Identify and acquire new strategic customers and partners.
• Build relationships with CPOs, EPCs, installers, energy companies and fleet operators.
• Drive sales of AC and DC charging hardware.
• Develop opportunities through existing relationships and market development.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate market needs into opportunities.
