Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Sourcing Unit Manufacturing & Warehouse Operator to validate MES-integrated Make processes and support Day 2 operations for ERP deployment.

You will coordinate across production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless cutover and hypercare, while aligning with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in SAP PP, MES, and warehouse management (WM/EWM), translating global designs to local execution and mitigating production risks

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in manufacturing and deep knowledge of local manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of logistics, dispatch and warehouse operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate global Make processes and integration with MES against line operations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production managers to identify gaps and align with Day 2 state.
• Support SIT/UAT, cutover readiness, and Hypercare for production issues.
• Validate Deliver processes aligning with inbound/outbound logistics and 3PL operations.
• Coordinate warehouse and dispatch logistics to support Day 2 operations.
• Assist in stock build plans, site layout reviews, and contingency plans during cutover.
• Participate in SIT/UAT for warehousing processes and live cutover logistics.
