Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an IT / Plant Engineering Operator for an ERP deployment project in Mangahan.

The role requires ensuring readiness of plant-level systems, validating interfaces and hardware, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to execute infrastructure changes for SAP and MES integrations. The position involves SIT/UAT participation, go-live readiness support for OT, and rapid issue resolution during Hypercare.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of plant IT/OT systems and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and MES platforms is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and vendor coordination abilities.

We embrace digital, use data to make better decisions, and keep learning, including how AI can help us work smarter and serve consumers better.What you'll be responsible for:Assesses and confirms readiness of all local plant-level systems, including infrastructure, interfaces and hardware that support SAP and MES integrations Validates connectivity, data flows and compatibility of key assets (e.g. printers, barcode scanners, hand terminals, wireless networks, label systems) across all manufacturing and logistics processes Coordinates with internal IT and Plant Engineering teams, as well as external vendors, to plan and execute infrastructure changes needed for deployment Provides technical input during SIT and participates in UAT, including resolution of interface errors, device failures, or MES disruptions affecting shopfloor execution Supports go-live readiness checks for operational technology (OT), and manages rapid technical issue resolution during Hypercare Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis Support assessments between global templated vs local requirements and maximize fit-to-template localization adoption Translate business needs into system requirements and process changes, whilst securing minimal customizations Solution Delivery Support Review testing scenarios and support defect resolution.
