Job summary

Gulliver Integrated Outsourcing Inc. in Makati, Metro Manila, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to engage suppliers across Asia, the USA, Europe and other markets. You will send inquiries, negotiate terms, and analyze pricing to identify competitive brands and deals.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; degree in SCM or related field preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage

Position: Sourcing Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Will perform, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

1. Communicate with suppliers from Asia, USA, Europe, and other international markets.
2. Send inquiries and negotiate prices, terms and other conditions.
3. Identify and propose brands/products with competitive pricing and attractive deals.
4. Conduct price analysis.
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
6. Meet daily and monthly sourcing targets.
7. Works collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
8. Perform other tasks as assigned and adapt to changing priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fresh graduates with a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field are preferred, but candidates from any academic background are welcome to apply.
2. Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage.
3. Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
4. Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Available to start immediately
