Job summary

Accenture in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Korean Procurement Practice Specialist to lead contracting projects in a hybrid setup. The role requires strong contracting and negotiation skills, with collaboration across Legal, Sourcing, and COE teams.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication for executives, stakeholders and suppliers.
Proficient in procurement platforms, MS Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Legal degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently lead contracting projects across procurement agreements using client templates and playbooks.
Own redlining of contract documents and negotiate legal terms with suppliers.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and reflect them clearly in contract language.
Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance risks, and governance standards.
Prepare and disseminate information on contract status, risks, and modifications.
Collaborate with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and policy compliance.
Champion AI and digital tools to streamline redlining and contract review.
Tailor communications for diverse audiences and manage multiple workstreams.
