Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Associate to support candidate sourcing for Customer Service and Technical Support hiring. You will screen applicants, manage candidate records, and assist recruiters in end-to-end processes from Bridgetowne, Quezon City onsite.

The role requires strong communication, good organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Immediate start is preferred to support ongoing recruitment campaigns.

• Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, job boards) and offline events (job fairs) to find candidates for Customer Service / Technical Support hiring
