Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Associate to support candidate sourcing for Customer Service and Technical Support hiring. You will screen applicants, manage candidate records, and assist recruiters in end-to-end processes from Bridgetowne, Quezon City onsite.

The role requires strong communication, good organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Immediate start is preferred to support ongoing recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate call outs for prospecting candidates applying to the organization.
• Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, job boards) and offline events (job fairs) to find candidates for Customer Service / Technical Support hiring.
• Conduct paper and phone screening to endorse to recruitment steps while gauging language proficiency and skillset.
• Maintain and update candidate records, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Assist recruiters with end-to-end hiring process and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
