Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig invites applications for the Source to Pay Invoice Processing Specialist role. You will handle invoice matching, variance management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will assist customers via calls, email, or chat, provide 1st level technical support, and contribute to service reliability and issue resolution. Growth opportunities and structured development are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, Source to Pay, or related finance operations.
• Relevant training in finance operations/invoice processing desirable.
• Experience in process-driven/shared services environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite, day shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process invoice matching and variance management accurately within agreed timelines.
• Provide 1st level technical support via calls, email or chat and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure reliable processing and adherence to SOPs.
• Identify and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction.
