The Source to Pay Associate will handle invoice matching, variance management, and deliver disciplined execution across processing activities with strong stakeholder coordination.

Ideal candidates have 18 months in invoice processing, a finance operations background, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 18 months experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or Source to Pay.
• Bachelor's degree graduate; undergraduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in a process-driven shared services or delivery centre environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined workflows.

Overview of the role but not limited to:

• The Source to Pay Associate is responsible for processing invoice matching and invoice variance management activities accurately and within agreed timelines, while supporting strong stakeholder coordination and disciplined execution across invoice processing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Undergraduates are welcome to Apply
• Relevant training in finance operations, invoice processing, or business operations desirable.
• 18 Months experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, Source to Pay, or related finance operations.
• Experience working in a process-driven operational environment preferred.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of invoice matching and invoice variance management processes.
• Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• Ability to maintain clear records and follow defined workflows.
• Working knowledge of ERP or finance workflow systems desirable
• Good communication and issue coordination capability.
• With no issues and concerns reporting onsite 100%. Candidates who live nearby our offices will have better advantages
• With no issues and concerns working on day shifts, shifting schedules and split offs as necessary, working on holidays and weekends
