Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Invoice Processor to support Accounts Payable operations. You will manage and execute AP processes, handle invoices with or without PO, and ensure end-of-day accounting for all items assigned to you.

Required are at least 2 years of AP experience, a background in Accountancy/Finance, and willingness to work night or graveyard shifts in multiple locations like Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig or Alabang. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Open to Accountancy, Business and or Finance course graduate and undergraduate with strong relevant work experience.
• with at least 2 years strong related work experience on Procure to pay/accounts payable process.
• Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
• Willing to work in any shifts (night shift, graveyard schedule).
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and execute Accounts Payable processes
• Monitor, measure, assess and correct one's own process performance when executing transactions
• Processes pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order. Invoice Processor may be required to process one or all of these types of invoices (with PO, without PO)
• Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
• Responsible for indexing of invoices before these are processed by the Payments Processor.
• Processing of payments transactions
• Analyse vendor statements
• Manage Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform resolution; Act as liaison to the client.
• Process cheque payment
• Processing, reviewing and releasing for payment/rejecting electronic expense reports
