Job summary

ECLOUDVALLEY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solution Engineer (Cloud & AI) to design and implement AI solutions on AWS. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into practical AI apps and deploy them in secure cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI development experience and a solid foundation in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on building scalable, cost-efficient solutions using services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4+ years of AI/ML, software development, data engineering, or cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on Python programming experience.
• Practical AI or generative AI project experience.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and data processing.
• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals and AWS or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Develop generative AI applications such as chatbots, document search, and workflow automation.
• Build solutions using AWS platforms like Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Work with LLMs, prompts, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, databases, and backend services.
• Deploy and support applications using AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Test and improve solution accuracy, performance, and cost.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and customer teams.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and demonstrations.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer (Cloud & AI) to help design and implement AI solutions on AWS. You will work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, build AI applications, and deploy them in a secure and reliable cloud environment.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.

• Develop generative AI applications such as chatbots, document search, content processing, and workflow automation.

• Build solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or similar AI platforms.

• Work with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Develop and integrate APIs, data pipelines, databases, and backend services.

• Deploy and support applications using AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring services.

• Test and improve solutions for accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost.

• Work with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and customer teams during project delivery.

• Prepare basic technical documentation and conduct solution demonstrations
  

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software development, data engineering, or cloud engineering.

• Hands-on programming experience with Python.

• Practical experience building AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications.

• Experience working with APIs, databases, and data processing.

• Working knowledge of cloud fundamentals, including compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring.

• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new AI and cloud technologies.
