Job summary

Landbot, an AI Agent platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers by removing friction, solving integration challenges, and building end-to-end solutions that maximize value. This highly hybrid role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Product, and Engineering.

You will scope projects, troubleshoot API issues, and write JavaScript to customize bot experiences, while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong technical grounding in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations — hands-on experience making HTTP requests and connecting third-party services.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and customize front-end components.
• Experience with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation.
• Strong hands-on, organized mindset and ability to manage multiple requests under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, eligible to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by applying deep product and technical expertise to resolve complex inquiries via chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration.
• Scope customer projects and estimate the effort required to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and external platforms (Cloudflare, Pipedream, n8n).
• Create and maintain technical documentation; build internal tools and automations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success; support pre-sales efforts and marketing content.
