Job summary

Enterprise Bot is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in the Philippines to blend hands-on technical work with strategic engagement across Sales, Engineering and Customer Success to design and deliver automation solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver demos and POCs, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and strengthen customer partnerships while staying ahead of AI automation trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering with senior experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments is preferred.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities and design tailored AI automation solutions.
• Deliver demos, POCs, and presentations communicating technical and business value.
• Guide architecture proposals and integration plans with customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to align roadmaps.
• Act as technical advisor and nurture customer relationships.
