Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Solutions Designer with decommissioning experience to join our Makati City team. You will bridge business requirements with technical architecture, shaping scalable solutions for both new implementations and retirement of legacy systems.

You will lead decommissioning strategies, collaborate with project managers, developers and infrastructure teams, and produce architecture diagrams, design specs and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or engineering.
5+ years in solutions design or systems architecture.
Proven decommissioning experience with legacy systems.
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid models.
Strong stakeholder communication and agile/waterfall knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design technology solutions addressing complex business challenges with architectural best practices.
Lead planning and execution of system decommissioning strategies with minimal disruption.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, infrastructure specialists and business analysts to translate requirements into designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for decommissioning and migrations.
Develop architecture diagrams, design specs and implementation roadmaps.
