Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Solutions Designer to join our Makati-based team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will translate business requirements into robust solution designs, define architecture, and guide cross-team implementation to deliver scalable, secure IT solutions.

Responsibilities include design reviews, risk assessments, and client consultations, with involvement in pre-sales when needed. A strong background in enterprise-scale systems and SDLC is essential.

Qualifications

• Interpret business needs and translate them into design options.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with standards.
• Experience in decommissioning, documentation, impact analysis and technical reviews.
• Design integrations across heterogeneous systems with secure connectivity.
• Background in software development and SDLC best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing for enterprise or large-scale systems.

Responsibilities
