Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks an experienced Solutions Design leader to drive development of complex, innovative supply chain solutions aligning with DHL growth toward 2030. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers to translate requirements into scalable, profitable designs.

You will mentor junior team members, ensure adherence to DHL methodologies, and champion innovation with analytics, automation, and AI tools to deliver superior outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have reached at least an SD Manager role or equivalent within a solutions design organization.
• Proven track record in designing large-scale warehousing or integrated logistics solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of supply chain, logistics engineering, warehousing operations, or solutions design experience.
• Excellent understanding of and practical experience in SD framework and tools such as resource model, space model, cost model.
• Experience and competence in AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI.
• Strong commercial and financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, DHL operational capabilities, strategic growth priorities, and financial objectives.
• Drive the creation of robust business cases, cost models, pricing strategies, and investment assessments that support profitable growth while maintaining compliance with DHL commercial principles and governance standards
• Ensure all solutions are developed in accordance with DHL Supply Chain methodologies and standards, including O2D, SD Basics, OMS, financial governance requirements, and relevant customer implementation frameworks
• Advise customers and senior internal stakeholders with strategic insights and supply chain expertise throughout the sales and solutioning lifecycle
• Champion innovation by leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, automation solutions, AI-driven tools, and advanced analytics to improve customer outcomes and DHL competitiveness
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to more junior Solutions Design team members, supporting capability development, succession planning, and knowledge sharing within the organization

The role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers by translating business requirements into scalable and operationally executable solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate standards, profitability objectives, and long-term strategic priorities in support of DHL's growth ambitions toward 2030. Additionally, the role provides thought leadership, mentoring to junior SD team members, and overall support to the Country Head Solutions Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Solutions Development

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, DHL operational capabilities, strategic growth priorities, and financial objectives.

Experience & Requirements:
